Refund Policy

On The Bright Side takes great pride in the quality of all our products. All items are inspected prior to shipping and carefully packed to prevent damage.

Within 30 days of reciept, if you are not completely satisfied with your item you may request a return authorization.

Please contact Customer Service at (866) 303-3465 to request prior authorization.

Wrong Merchandise: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please provide the order number, a description of what you received, and an explanation of what you thought you ordered (if necessary). We will send the correct items to you and issue a call tag for the incorrect product.

Not As Advertised: If you receive an item that does not match the description on our website, please contact us and provide the item number and error in the description. If we find you did not receive the correct product we will ship the correct one to you or issue a full refund.

Unsatisfactory/Other: If an item arrives in good (restockable) condition and if the item is the correct “as advertised” item, you can still obtain a refund. Please call us at our toll free number (866-303-3465) and notify us of your decision along with your order number and the reason for return. Return freight is prepaid by the purchaser. Once we have received the item and verified its condition, we will credit the original method of payment used for purchase excluding the initial shipping charge.
