Customer Privacy: The use of personal information you may submit to On the Bright Side through this Web site or verbally is not given to, sold to, or otherwise disseminated to a third party.
Secure Payments: Purchasing from us with a credit card is completely secure. Credit card information supplied to our website is sent via encryption to a payment processor. Your information cannot be intercepted by a third party as it is being processed. We do not store any credit card information on our site and simply pas it on to the processor, who accepts or declines it. A person "breaking in" to our site would not be able to gain access to anyone's credit card information because it is simply not there.
- Sales Tax
On the Bright Side charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.
- Return Policy
On The Bright Side takes great pride in the quality of all their products. All items are inspected prior to shipping and carefully packed to prevent damage.
Within 30 days of receipt, If you are not completely satisfied with your item you may request a return authorization. Please contact Customer Service at (866) 303-3465 to request prior authorization.
- Wrong Merchandise: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please provide the order number, a description of what you received, and an explanation of what you thought you ordered (if necessary). We will send the correct items to you and issue a call tag for the incorrect product.
- Not As Advertised: If you receive an item that does not match the description on our website, please contact us and provide the item number and error in the description. If we find you did not receive the correct product we will ship the correct one to you or issue a full refund.
- Unsatisfactory/Other: If an item arrives in good (restockable) condition and if the item is the correct "as advertised" item, you can still obtain a refund. Please call us at our toll free number (866-303-3465) and notify us of your decision along with your order number and the reason for return. Return freight is prepaid by the purchaser. Once we have received the item and verified its condition, we will mail a refund check to you for the cost of the merchandise excluding the intial shipping charge and minus a 15% restocking fee.
